Setup Guide

Last updated 22 Aug 2026

Meesho Autofill fills your Meesho supplier catalog forms from a saved profile in one click. Setup takes about five minutes and you can start on the free trial without a card.

How do I create a Meesho Autofill account?

Register on this site with your Google account and a free trial is activated instantly — no payment details are requested. Click Register, sign in with Google, and enter your WhatsApp number so support can reach you if something goes wrong.

Once you are registered, open My Account. Your license key is shown there — this is the key that unlocks the extension, and it stays the same forever, including after you upgrade or renew. Keep the page open; you will paste the key in step 2.

How do I install the Meesho Autofill Chrome extension?

Install it from the Chrome Web Store, then paste your license key into the extension popup to activate it. The whole process takes under a minute:

  1. Open Chrome and go to the Meesho Catalog Autofill listing on the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click Add to Chrome, then confirm with Add extension.
  3. Click the puzzle-piece icon in your Chrome toolbar and pin Meesho Autofill so it is always one click away.
  4. Click the pinned Meesho Autofill icon — the popup asks for your license key.
  5. Paste the key from My Account and click Activate. The popup then shows your plan, remaining credits, and expiry date.

If activation fails, copy the key again rather than retyping it — a missing character or a trailing space is the usual cause.

How do I save my first profile?

A profile is a saved set of catalog field values that you reuse on every similar listing, and you create one by scanning a form you have already filled. Scanning is free and never uses a credit, so you can experiment freely.

  1. Go to supplier.meesho.com and open a product cataloging form in the category you list most often.
  2. Click the floating Meesho Autofill button on the page to open the side panel.
  3. Click Scan. The extension reads every field Meesho is showing for that category — including the per-size grid columns — and lists them in the panel.
  4. Type the values you want to reuse: fabric, pattern, country of origin, net quantity, size-wise price and inventory, and anything else that stays the same across your listings.
  5. Give the profile a clear name such as Printed Kurti — Cotton and click Save Profile.

Save one profile per category. Meesho asks for different fields in different categories, so a kurti profile will not cover every field on a watch listing.

How do I autofill a Meesho catalog form?

Open a new cataloging form, load a saved profile, and press Fill — every mapped field is completed at once, including dropdowns and the size grid. In practice a listing that took six to eight minutes by hand is done in seconds.

  1. Start a new product listing on the Meesho supplier panel.
  2. Open the Meesho Autofill panel and pick the profile for that category.
  3. Tick the sizes you are listing. A grid row appears for each one, pre-filled from your profile.
  4. Click Fill. One credit is used per fill on the free trial; paid plans include unlimited fills.
  5. Review the form — always check product name, images, and price before submitting — then submit to Meesho as normal.

Tips that save the most time

  • One profile per category. Kurtis, sarees, shirts, and watches all ask for different attributes, so category-specific profiles fill far more fields.
  • Only Fill costs a credit. Scanning, creating and editing profiles, and importing or exporting are always free.
  • Copy price to all sizes. When every size shares a price, set it once and let the extension apply it down the grid.
  • Export before you experiment. Exporting a profile to JSON gives you a backup and is also how you share a standard template with your team.
  • Your profiles follow your account. They are stored in the cloud, so reinstalling the extension or moving to a new computer restores everything.

Troubleshooting

  • The Autofill button is not appearing. It only loads on Meesho cataloging pages — confirm you are on a product cataloging form under supplier.meesho.com, then reload the page. Also check the extension is enabled in Chrome's extensions menu.
  • My license key will not activate. Copy it straight from My Account instead of retyping, and confirm your plan has not expired. If it still fails, contact support and we will check the key for you.
  • Some fields stayed empty. Those fields were not in the profile you loaded. Meesho shows different fields per category, so scan the form again and save an updated profile for that category.
  • A dropdown got the wrong value. Meesho dropdowns only accept their own predefined options, so a saved value that no longer exists cannot be matched. Pick the right option manually, then save the profile again.
  • The size grid did not fill. Make sure the sizes are ticked before pressing Fill — the grid rows only exist for sizes you have selected.
